No. Most contracts are rolling monthly with a 30 day notice period. There is no automatic renewal and no early termination fee.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

For simple services we quote within 24 hours. Larger contracts that need a site survey are quoted within 5 working days of the visit.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Directly employed for our core cleaning, security and engineering teams. Specialist trades (lift, tree surgery, high level access) are trusted subcontract partners who we have worked with for years.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
